- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills
- Highly energetic and a self-starter
- Able to work independently, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Result oriented approach
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
- Ability to speak other local languages will be a plus
- Good knowledge of web and social networks to generate leads
- Contacting decision makers from advertising agencies and brands
- Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
- Managing a portfolio of contacts
- Segmenting the needs and qualifying the leads
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects
- Developing and accomplishing a regional lead generation plan
- Following up existing enquiries and converting into sales
- Scheduling appointments for the team
