Launched in Paris in 2013 with the aim to provide tech skills to entrepreneurs and professionals willing to start a career in technology, Le Wagon is now present in 38 cities around the world, with offices in global tech-hubs such as Paris, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Melbourne, Montreal, Tel-Aviv, etc.

Our flagship program, a 9-week fullstack coding bootcamp, earned us the title of world’s best coding school for the past 3 years, according to SwitchUp and CourseReport. We are also providing tech training to leading companies in all kinds of industries with the aim to empower the individuals driving their business.

Key objectives

● Drive the marketing pipeline and ensure you ​reach the application targets​ for all courses in China

● Support the launch of new courses and formats​ through global and local initiatives

● Reinforce the Le Wagon brand​ in China

● Support local sales efforts with bilingual marketing kits

● Manage a media team​ to develop assets


● Set up ​budgets, targets and detailed action plan​ for each batch

● Launch & manage ​paid marketing campaigns​ (Influencers, Social media Ads, Google Ads if relevant)

● Create and manage ​partnerships with local tech communities & hubs​ (create opportunities to speak / host workshops at conferences, host our workshops in co-working spaces / incubators / accelerators, offer deals / perks to their communities, partner with female-focused organizations...).

● Create and execute ​specific campaigns​ to the Chinese market (new financing option, partnership, scholarship, certification...)

● Manage our local media team​ setting goals, channels, content schedule and reports

● Oversee the ​maintenance of local web and wechat applications​ and online resources (pictures, content, key figures, FAQ, financing options...)

● Conduct local ​PR / e-PR outreach​ (with external support)

● If relevant, launch local ​influencer or affiliate marketing​ campaigns

● Make a digital marketing watch and suggest ​new marketing channels

● Constantly improve the ​marketing acquisition funnel​, from targeting to converting through nurturing through all marketing channels (online & offline)

● Set, monitor & report KPIs​ to global team using Google Analytics, Hubspot & Social Media analytics

● Build a strong ​hiring network​ & organize quarterly ​hiring events

● Publish up-to-date ​job placement reports


● Proven experience managing marketing teams and budgets in China

● Ability to speak, write, read Mandarin and English fluently

● Deep understanding of the local media landscape


● Multi-steps interviews over a period of 1 month
