The Opportunity & Job Description

To support our current success and further company expansion plans, we seek to appoint an outstanding candidate who will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with local and multinational insurance companies in China. The candidate should have a strong entrepreneur mindset and account management experience in insurance or SaaS industry.

• Prospect business opportunities by gathering sufficient intelligence of insurance company operations and needs

• Qualify deals by analysing competitive landscape, risks, deal requirements, potential, financials and internal priorities

• “Think out of the box” for unique cooperation models and “interesting” projects with partners in China

• Develop/maintain relationships with new/existing insurance biz leads/clients with persistence and proactive follow up

• Develop negotiating strategies and positions by balancing account needs with CareVoice’s strategies and operations

• Negotiate contracts and close business deals by coordinating internal teams and external requirements

• Manage existing accounts and explore client’s further pain points for project opportunities

Knowledge & Experience

• Professional experience in INSURANCE or BROKERAGE or CONSULTING

• B2B Sales/Business Development of SaaS/Cloud/Technology is a plus

• Sound knowledge of health insurance landscape, processes, products and technology enablers in China

• Detail oriented, KPI driven, persistent and willing to go the “extra mile” to achieve success

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English

• Works well under pressure, skilled in multitasking, methodical thinking and time management

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
