Location: Shanghai - or elsewhere in Asia, such as Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong 

Salary: Basic salary: USD,2000 per month 

On-target earnings: Year 1: USD80,000+, Year 2: USD120,000+, Year 3+: USD150,000+ 

One World Cover is a leading Asia-based One World Cover medical/health insurance consulting company and broker. Our clients are large employers of expats (100+ employees) operating in Asia and the Middle East that provide high-end group medical insurance for their employees and their families. Our target market/ideal potential client are the decision makers within these organizations (typically CFOs, but sometimes HRDs, COOs, Business Managers or C&B Managers) that see the value in taking control of their group health insurance destiny and has limited time to manage their underperforming health insurance program. Our purpose is to be of high value to our clients. Our niche is in providing proprietary digital platforms that our clients use to reduce the cost and time they spend managing their health insurance program - at the same time as improving the benefits and service to their insured members.

The Group Sales Consultant will work on the “front-lines” - responsible for helping drive growth and new business revenue, by arranging meetings (face-to-face or virtual) with our target market. Initially the Group Business Director will take the lead at the meetings. Eventually it is expected/hoped that the Sales Consultant will be able to take meetings independently. 


  • Generating leads / Identifying opportunities for new business within our target market 

  • Maintenance of leads database (CRM) of potential ideal clients within our target market 

  • Contacting potential ideal clients via telephone (cold calling), email and face-to-face (meetings, networking and conferences) 

  • Constant contact with potential ideal clients by managing knowledge-based monthly eDM newsletter and social media such as LinkedIn 

  • Use data to help potential ideal clients understand how One World Cover and our products can help them achieve their goals 

  • Establish, develop and maintain a strong understanding of One World Cover's purpose and core focus 

  • Be the best at what you do 

  • Working to KPIs and revenue targets as set by the Group Business Director 

  • Pay attention to competitors/partners and their activities within the medical insurance industry

  • Strive to adapt and implement new technology/systems, marketing strategies and sales methods 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above 

  • Ideally has relevant industry experience 

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 


  • English (fluent/native) 

  • Mandarin Chinese is an advantage
