CloudFB is a fast growing B2B eMarketplace and fulfillment platform connecting restaurants, bars, cafes & coffee shops, hotels, specialty retail, caterers, and central kitchens to high quality product suppliers.
We are looking for candidates based in the Shanghai Area to lead the development of a unique customer community to support our growing business. Your Community is developed based on your own network, background, or area of expertise.
What will you will be doing?
• Identify, approach and onboard a community of qualified customers for partnership with CloudFB. The community theme is up to you, what’s important is that you can quickly build a personal relationship with the community, maintain it, and ultimately convert the community members to CloudFB customers.
• Account management for new customers, maintaining customer satisfaction and growing CloudFB’s share of their business.
• Leading community events, participating in trade shows
• Meeting or exceeding all sales goals while providing detailed weekly reports of daily sales activities
• Help refine and continuously improve our online customer experience
• Providing industry-leading professional sales consultation and service
What qualifications do you need?
• 5+ years in premium / specialty food & beverage sales with strong industry knowledge and contacts among hotels and foodservice businesses
• A demonstrable track record of acquiring and growing new customers.
• Ability to add value through a solid understanding of the business model and challenges of operating restaurants / cafes / catering
• Ability to quickly create and execute a sales plan.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• A desire to excel and grow as a person, new opportunities will come as we scale and we want our people to grow with us
• Professional appearance and dependable.
• Bachelors degree
• Maturity to work remotely and travel around Shanghai.
