Founded in 2021, CrossFund matches vetted tech startups with accredited investors & mentors by using AI to assess venture suitability for both startups and angels. We are actively partnered with local incubators and accelerators across key Asian & European markets, and onboard our investors through private angel communities.
Task & Responsibilities
CrossFund is looking to hire a Sales Director to manage and oversee the company’s sales operations. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to drive company profits, while motivating employees to hit key targets and milestones.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve investment-related sales targets
- Determine investment-related sales KPIs and ensure company management is kept informed on the progress of meeting set targets
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Build and maintain relationships with potential institutional clients to better understand their business objectives and needs
- Understand industry-specific trends across the startup investment landscape
- Report to company management regarding strategic shifts in client investment allocation on a regular basis
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Business proficiency in English
- Business proficiency in European languages preferred
- Prior experience as a sales manager preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
- 5-7 years prior experience in a finance/investments-related field preferred
