MAIN TARGETS/主要目标

In Shanghai, fischer is building up a venture builder around ConTech. We will have a Business Devel-oper Team scouting and validating new ventures and external Founders turning the ventures into value.

Our Business Developer Team team creates a foundation of deep consumer insight in ConTech in China/Asia that informs our areas of future success. They combine relevant insights, trends, signals and formulate plausible future scenarios. With this, they define the fields of opportunity and are responsible for the pre-seed validation of our new ventures.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /主要职责

• ­Explore and analyze markets and trends in the industry
  
• ­Analyze start-up deal flow to understand imminent disruptions and identify tech acceleration opportunities
  
• ­Identify current best practices and market leaders
  
• ­Perform quantitative and qualitative research and design investigations to understand customer behaviors, pain points, needs, and aspirations
  
• ­Conduct Tests that help to strategically frame, validate or challenge where our new ventures could be successful
  
• ­Derive insights from the creative synthesis of customer research, market analysis, and future vision-ing
  
• ­Bring your research to life through personas, customer journeys, insight-opportunity frame-works, system maps, stories, and scenarios
  
• ­Size the existing customer market, as well as identify possible relative positioning
  
• ­Validate new ventures Value Proposition by customer tests and other means
  
• ­Create prototypes that make a new venture tangible and give you real customer feedback

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/岗位资格要求

• ­4+ years working in the construction industry or innovative environment like startups, consultan-cies, corporate innovation units, or in a client facing strategic / analytic role
  
• ­Bachelor or above in any field, psychology, STEM/business preferred
  
• ­fluent in English and native in Chinese, great English is a plus
  
• ­Experience with strategy development, business planning and future visioning, as well as quantitative and economic modeling (preferred)
  
• ­Background in product prototyping and testing
