Main Responsibilities

• Support the Country Privacy & Risk Programs as a Project Manager.
  
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects
  
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
  
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
  
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  

Competencies

• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Project, Excel, Powerpoint & Sharepoint
  
• 2+ years of working experience in a Program Management for Data Protection Privacy/Security projects
  
• 2+ years Leading Change Management initiatives
  
• Recognized qualifications/certifications in Project Management (PMP or equivalent preferred)
  
• Pharma experience is a plus
  
• Native Chinese speaker
  
• Strong English communication skills – written and oral
  
• Strong presentation skills especially to a global audience
  
• Teamwork, attention to detail, and problem solving
  
• Ability to deal with all levels of staff, particularly business users
  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
  
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  
• Willing to support and work across time zones
