About the job:
We value excellent user experience and content is an essential part of our UX strategy. As a content designer you will be writing technical/non-technical content to communicate important messages, engage and inspire our global users.
Responsibilities:
Design and write user guides and tutorials that help developers quickly set up and run Zilliz's vector search engine and geospatial products.Conduct user analysis and convert the existing documentation from a developer's perspective to the end users' perspective.
Produce API reference for different Milvus clients.
Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), evangelists, and user success managers to compose contents addressing commonly asked questions。
Consistently improve user experience with the open source websites of Milvus and Arctern.
Qualifications:
Ability to write at a native speaker level (we also welcome native speakers to join the team!)
Passionate about clarity, concision, and correctness.
In pursuit of excellence without losing the big picture.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge about pattern recognition and different mainstream databases.
Experience in writing or reading code in Python, Java, C++, RESTful, or Node.js.
